Musescore is off the page

I was working on a large orchestral piece and Musescore, instead of "making each part smaller"/zooming out, has gone off the page. (you can see what I mean in the screenshot) This has not happened before. It started when I began adding dynamics. It is strange because I asumed all I needed to do was copy and paste everything onto a new score, but the same problem happened.
P.S The dark bit at the bottom is where it went off the page
