Overall tempo for rendering to audio

It would be great to have a "tempo factor" in the settings that would change the meaning of all tempo markings in the score. All tempo marking (bpm, rit, accel, etc) would be changed by the same factor (maintaining their relationships to each other).

Why? Well, one reason is that it would help in generating synthetic data for training neural networks to do score following, identification, and more.

Another benefit would be for education apps for learners who are playing along and want to slow down the playback.
