Musescore crashing - but only on recent files?

I have the most updated version of Musescore 4 downloaded, and it now won't open my files from the last 2 ish days. It has been fine the whole time up to this point, but I went to open my most recent file and it crashes immediately after opening.
The last 2 files won't open, but anything before that seems ok. There's no change (that I can see) in the file type or anything, aside from the two most recent ones being over 200kb.
Is this likely to be a computer issue - although I could open the scores a few days ago, on the same device - or something else?

Any help appreciated - I need these for my coursework!
