Switch to "first-" or "second-time" of repeated section during playback

It would be amazing for playback's sake if there was a feature where, for example, one could press "1" or "2" during playback to switch to the first or second time through a section. Obviously, if pressed at a point in the score played only once, these keys would do nothing.

There are many times when I'm listening to a composition of mine where I'd just like to hear a repeated section transition into the next, and I don't want to hear it twice. Maybe someone has a better way to word this or it's already been suggested?
