Since the errors only appear in the Part score, do this:
Open your score in MuseScore, click on "Parts" (in the toolbar); click on the ellipsis (the three dots) to the right of "Drumset"; select "Reset".

Could you explain what you mean by the 'Part score'...

Opening your first attachment in MuseScore 4.2.1 produces an error message:
Error.png

Copying the errors to the clipboard shows:
Incomplete measure: Part score: Drumset, measure 1, staff 1. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Drumset, measure 2, staff 1. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Drumset, measure 3, staff 1. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Drumset, measure 4, staff 1. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Drumset, measure 5, staff 1. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Drumset, measure 6, staff 1. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Drumset, measure 7, staff 1. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Drumset, measure 65, staff 1. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Drumset, measure 66, staff 1. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Drumset, measure 67, staff 1. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Drumset, measure 68, staff 1. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Drumset, measure 69, staff 1. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Drumset, measure 70, staff 1. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.

See? They are all 'Part score".

If you click 'Open anyway' and view the 'Drumset' (part) tab, notice the multimeasure rests. Then press M and observe measures (i.e., the measures listed above) with no content at those locations. (Found 0/1.)

Do the same with the OilModified (score) tab and you will see that pressing M clearly shows measures containing whole measure rests. Nothing wrong here.

So, resetting the part will bring it in line with the score.

@Jm6stringer
I have opened the original score and your OilModified2 score in 3.7.
But there is a difference: In your score almost all eighth notes on measure 1 / voice 1 (Hi-Hat, Cymbal) are missing! ( I didn't check all measures).
Wasn't that also a problem for karmaTrinlema?

Attached is what I saved from the original score with 3.7.
I would just like to note it ...

In what score do you see eighth notes on measure 1 / voice 1 (Hi-Hat, Cymbal)?
What I see is that the first 7 measures are silent, with no notes, just as in your OilModified_3.7.mscz attachment.
