Size
How do i increase the size of everything on the sheet music? My goal is to make everything on the sheet music in the left side of the image the same size as everything on the sheet music in the right side of the image.

In Format -> Page you can modify the scaling. Increase there the staff space value.
Edit:
Not all text elements (title, bar number etc.) will increase too. This must be set in Format -> Style -> Text Styles.

Having said that the image on the right looks about right for the default scaling in Musescore, have you done something to change it so your notation is coming out smaller?
