How to download MS 4.2 today and not 4.3 ?

I don't know a direct link. It used to be that that page (or similar) had a list of versions. Here's the one for linux, for instance:

Click the blue "Download" button at the top of this page.
On the "Download" page, the sections are
You want Older and unsupported versions, which is about 2/3 of the way down the page.
Click the link for 4.0+. On the new page, the second section is "MuseScore 4.2.1 Release". You may need to click the arrow left of "Assets" to see the files to download.
