I can't print scores. What is the point if I cannot print the score. I want my money back this is an absolute waste of time.

If you're talking about money, then you're in the wrong place. The forum on musescore.org (here!) can help you with the free Musescore app but not with problems regarding musescore.com.
For your problem you have to contact the support at musescore.com.
