Palettes not saving

I don't know if this is an issue for many but when I first upgraded to MU4 I enabled and organized the plates I wanted on the widget. everything saved fine until today (it may have been a bit earlier bit IDK) where one palette (key signatures) will not stay in the widget once I've finished a project. Every time I start a project and I want to use it I have to put it back into the widget each time. Am I missing a button somewhere that saves your preferences or is this happening for everyone? (note: my previous preferences are working all fine, just this one in particular)

p.s never mind, this issue has fixed itself somehow while I was working on my project though I do not know how
