Unable to launch MuseScore from Hub

That text in the attached image appears to me when i try to launch MuseScore in the Muse Hub.
I already did what it told me. I reinstalled Muse Score and also Muse Hub, and it still doesn't work.
When I try to use the updater in MuseHub, it starts downloading (image 2) and simply never stops (seriously, I've waited more than an hour).
Could somebody help?

Don't use the Hub for anything but updating the sounds. Open the Hub, select the gear in the upper right, scroll down and turn everything off. When you reach the bottom, select "Quit". Every so often, open the Hub to check for sound updates.
Use the icon on you're desktop to open MuseScore.
