Damaged file

Hello, I've been working on a piano piece in the recent version of musescore 4 and the program crashed - the file was left damaged and now I have no way of opening it (the program won't allow me to).
The source of the issue in the first place was probably elongating bars - I've read that it sometimes causes problems in musescore 4.

Is there any possibility to restore the file?
