Musescore Copying

I've recently been wondering if the site had any measures for users and creators to prevent others from stealing each others work here on Musescore, or if perhaps there is any sort of report or flag feature to let the site know if something might be stolen.
Just today I had been browsing Cody Fry scores and came across a very well put together orchestration of Eleanor Rigby, but after looking into it more I realized it was a note-for-note copy of the official version that is sold by Cody Fry himself. This feels pretty illegal, especially since this user has made parts of the score invisible as a "watermark", in their own words.
