Open Strings and Fretted Strings on Bass Guitar

In the file attached, Musescore TAB places the D on the open D string and the Bm on the second fret of the A string.
I want the D shown as played on the fifth fret of the A string and the Bm shown as played on the seventh fret of the E string. How do I make that show up on the score?
