I Lost MuseScore 4

My Musescore started acting up on my Macbook Pro Sonoma - it would crash whenever I save my files.

I uninstalled the software and went to the musescore site but I cannot download Version 4. It keeps forcing me to use muse_hub.dmg and when I press it to install, nothing happens.
