MuseScore Exclusive Offer - I can not press “use my gift”
I opened MuseScore and it gave me a message saying “we have been together for over 600 days. We appreciate you being part of MuseScore and want to give you something special… 90% off. Exclusive offer just for you.” At the bottom of the message there is a button that says “Use My Gift” and when I press it just loads for a second, then does nothing. How do I use my gift?

this is likely an offer from musescore.COM where you can purchase a subscription to download sheet music (and whatever other benefits they might offer). completely different from the free software found in musescore.ORG.
