Begin Tied Note on Repeat
I hope this makes sense. In the picture below, you can see there are voices that start on an eighth note tied to a long note across the beginning repeat sign bar. The score has it so that at the end of the repeat, it comes back and starts on the half note note that was tied to the eighth note. Anyone know if there is a workaround to where I can get Musescore to play the eighth note tied to the series of half notes the first time, then to have it repeat back and have it start on the half note? I know Musescore has a workaround to play ties across the repeat bar, could something like that apply here?

You can, but I’m not sure how much it helps here, just ends pretty simple.

How long is that repeat? Might be better to get rid of it and write that section out in full, no need for those confusing bracketed articulations then either.
