Please Help: newest version of Musescore won't let me save?!?!
I just downloaded the latest version of Musescore that's been popping up in my window (upgrade now!), but now the score I've been working on for a few days won't save. Please help

Try saving the other way; if you are saving to your computer, save to the cloud, or vice versa. I've not seen this message before and I've saved both ways.
Or perhaps "save as".
And try selecting a different place to store the file.

Yes. Also a USB thumb drive could help since it should be set to allow anyone to write to it.
Thanks everyone for the comments. I cut/pasted from my old score into a new one and it seems to have saved, but I had to reformat a lot of stuff which was a pain
