Musescore files won't play on another PC.

One of the PC's I was running Musescore 3.6.2 on failed and was no longer useable. I installed Musescore 3.6.2 on another PC of the same type but none of my Musescore files will play on it. The files open but the play button is greyed out. The same files still play on another PC with Musescore 3.6.2 installed.
