EXPAND TO MP3

HI ALL
II CAN'T DO EXPAND MY SCORE TO MP3 .I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S THE PROBLEM,BUT EVERY TIME IN WHICH I TRY IT,THE SYSTEM START ...I AM WAITING FOR 20 MIN, AND AFTER ALL PROGRAMM FELTS DOWN.
I USE VERSION 2 BECAUSE I HAVE WINDOWS VISTA IN AN OLD PC.ALL THE OTHER MOVES ARE OK ...ONLY THIS....I CAN EXPAND TO MP3 MY SCORE.

Sorry, but you cannot expect such an ancient operating system to work at all with a complex software product like MuseScore.
