Better trombone glissando

I have been trying to write scores with trombone glissandos for a while now. However, Musescore's glissando options don't seem to work well.
Either you use a chromatic glissando, which plays all the notes in between notes being glissed and sounds nothing like a real trombone, or you use a portamento glissando, which sounds even worse and is pretty much unusable. Muse Sounds do not fix this problem either.
In a future release, could Musescore add a feature that allows for better trombone glisses?
