MuseScore 3.6 save as dialog [solved]
Hi.
Operating system Kubuntu 24.04 and MuseScore-3.6.2.548021370-x86_64.AppImage. When you try to save a project, a dialog box opens, inside of which there is not a file system, but a screenshot of the part of the screen under this dialog box. The window can be moved. The processor is loading. After a few minutes (about 10), file system folders appear inside the window, but navigating through them takes just as long. The opening dialog behaves the same way. The same thing happens with MuseScore-3.5.2.312125617-x86_64.AppImage. The fourth flatpak version of the program behaves correctly.
Is there any way to fix this behavior?

Try changing Edit > Preferences > Advanced > ui/application/useNativeDialogs

Thank you. I removed the check box flag. As a result, dialogues open in 20-30 seconds, and I’m willing to put up with that.

IIRC that delay is why that setting exists and is (or used to be) unset on Linux by default
