Problem with web page download

My account is MuseScore PRO+, and I purchased an "Official Score" song.

When I choose the download button it does two things: Opens a PDF, and opens a dialog "Download this score" which tells me the download has started but I can "Try again" - clicking that link finally gives me the option for file format and I choose "MuseScore Studio File". After that, another web page opens with a 404 error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
