Triplets are not being recognized the same way

Hello, I have two measures that are essentially the exact same rhythm, and for some reason MuseScore is not recognizing them as such. It acts like the first measure is complete, but not the next measure. Any ideas?

Something weird is going on there. it looks like there is an eighth note or rest missing from measure 24. (Compare the end of measure 24 with the end of measure 28)

What exactly is going on is impossible to diagnose from a picture. Please attach the score (.mscz file) so that someone can dig deeper.
