Public access to uploaded scores no longer possible with Musescore 3.6.2 for iOS. What gives?

I am not unable to upload scores from Musescore 3.6.2 for public viewing. A score will upload and be "Private" only.

Has this capability disappeared? Am I doing something wrong in variance to a new protocol of which I am not aware?

I include a screenshot of the blank dialog box to complete the upload information.

How may I remedy this diminished upload score-sharing capability?

Same for me, Win 7, Musescore 3.7.
But if you wait patiently, something happens, even if nothing happens on the screen.
Just go to "My Scores" under your login name, at least you can already see a part of it.
