Feedback about header information (Subtitles)

When I am entering the header information for a new score, the title, composer, lyricist, etc. are blank. But the Subtitle field is pre-populated with the word "Subtitle". If I don't actively blank it out, the word "Subtitle" will appear in the heading of the score. I rarely want subtitles in my headers, so it is tedious to have to blank that field every time. Can it be a blank field like all the others?

Titel and Composer/Arranger are also prefilled
That is coded into the program, so geitting it changed requires a code change
