Strange quirk with mouse focus

In 4.4.0, if you select the staff properties by clicking on the staff name and select change instrument button, the mouse gets latched into the score movement mode and will move the score as you navigate to the select instrument dialog. Once you select something in the select instrument dialog, it releases the score movement.

This happens on both the Windows and Linux release versions of 4.4.0

Nothing but the display of the score panel seems to be affected and nothing bad happens. Just a disconcerting movement of the score when you move the mouse to the select instrument dialog.
