Smooth Panning No Longer Smooth During Playback in 4.4.0

When reading the changelog, I saw many revisions to MuseScore that would greatly improve my productivity, so I decided to update to 4.4.0 (more specifically 4.4.0.242390800) today before beginning a new project. After entering a few notes, I used the play button to begin playback, and was immediately horrified to see how jumpy the score was to follow during playback (I normally use smooth panning in continuous view). What once was smooth panning is now a jaunty mess, and with the score skipping around between frames, it's nearly impossible to read the score during playback. I may have to revert to a previous version of MuseScore until this is fixed.

I tried disabling and re-enabling smooth panning, changed playback settings, and even went into projects I'd started before this issue came up, and all playback is showing up this way now. Please fix smooth panning!
