Finale features

Hello! I wanted to open up some discussion on features from Finale that might be requested often in MuseScore.

Full disclosure for me: I considered switching to MuseScore when transitioning from Finale 2014 to V27. What kept me from switching was some of the limitations on positioning of measure numbers. Particularly on the bottom staff in a score.

Anyway, would love to hear thoughts, so I can plan out a pull request. BTW I am a developer, so I would like to help out make MuseScore a better home for us displaced finale users.

These are the options which we have at present for Bar Numbers (Measure Numbers):

For large symphonic and choral works, I'd like to be able to specify bar numbers additionally as :
a) above the first stave of each instrument group (Woodwind, Brass, Percussion, Vocalists, Strings)
b) below the last stave (e.g. Contrabass)
