Cannot update existing score using browser/website

• Sep 5, 2024 - 21:59

I have a score uploaded and published that has a mistake in it. I want to correct the mistake by uploading a new, corrected version of the file. This has always worked for me in the past, but it looks like this screen has very recently undergone a major update.

Now, when I go to the page with the score and click the two-circular-arrows icon to replace the file, this is what happens:

  1. I click the two-circular-arrows icon to replace the file
  2. I select the new file intended to replace the existing file.
  3. I try to click the UPDATE button at the bottom of the screen and nothing happens. The UPDATE button is completely unresponsive to hovers or clicks. The old score remains in place and the new score has not been uploaded to the system.

I have attempted to alter some metadata as well, but with the same results. It appears you cannot update an existing score either by replacing the file and/or updating the metadata.

Is this a known bug? If so, when will do you estimate it be corrected?
