Piano mode below doesn't play along with the score like it did in Musescore3

I use this feature frequently when I teach piano but in MuseScore Studio 4 while in
Piano mode. Below it doesn't play along with the score like it did in Musescore3
My version is up to date.
I can't say enough of how I love and appreciate this program! It's the best!
