Can't access my score, says "This score is invalid"

Hello,

I did some work on a piece yesterday, and chose the "save to cloud" option when prompted. When I tried to access it today, it won't open, it just says "This score is invalid", and I can't see it on my "online music".

Does this mean that the file is just corrupt, and I have lost the whole thing? Or can is there a way that I can get it back please?

Most likely, there score is still saved on your harddrive, but failed to be uploaded. The location where the file can be found depends on your OS:
- Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%/MuseScore/MuseScore4/cloud_scores
- macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/MuseScore/MuseScore4/cloud_scores
- Linux: not 100% sure but something like ./local/MuseScore/MuseScore4/cloud_scores

The filename is something like not_uploaded_0.mscz.

(At some point we'll make sure that MuseScore can also find not_uploaded_ files itself without manual intervention)
