Smooth Panning
Could you please enable smooth panning in Musescore 4. Currently I have to save the file I am working on as a midi file, then open it up in Musescore 3 to play along with so the note I play stay in front of me instead of going from side to side like watching a tennis match.
This is a fantastic product which has helped me time and time again, smooth panning in Musescore 4 would only enhance the the enjoyment.

This smooth panning has already been reintroduced (In Edition / Preferences, Advanced/ tick Smooth panning), but is less efficient (which annoying jumps when changing measures) than that in V3. Was that the meaning of your comment?
NB: the latest version is 4.4.1

Here to add that I love the concept of Smooth Panning, as theoretically it'd save so much time for my usual workflow, but its current state (as of 4.4.3) makes it almost unusable.
I don't quite understand why the scrolling seems so smooth while in a given measure, but every time the measure changes, there's such a sudden forward jerk.
I assume this will be low-priority for the team but it would be really nice to get a fix for this (or even a "we'll look into it" from the team!)
