Installing Third-Party Sound Libraries ...

I've just reinstalled my copy of Garritan 5 from my time with Finale (R.I.P.) and had heard elsewhere in the forums that it was compatible with the latest version of MuseScore. Anyone able to help walk me through how to set it up?
