In a limited way. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/alternative-note-input-methods and particularly https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/alternative-note-input-methods#real…

However, Musescore can open a midi file recorded elsewhere and make an attempt at transcribing it into musical notation. Just use File>Open and select the midi file. But, depending on how strictly the tempo was maintained during recording, the results may be ok or very not ok. Midi only contains information about what time a note starts and what time it stops, nothing about musical notation, and so Musescore has to guess how to interpret those start and stop times. If you can quantize the midi before opening it in Musescore you may achieve better results. Musescore 3 had some quantizing capabilities built in, but these have not yet been re-implemented in version 4. You may find that opening a Midi file in version 3 gives better results.
