Save Shortcut (and other bugs)

The new update seems to eliminate countless shortcuts. The majority of the time now, the program won't allow me to use the Command S shortcut (on Mac) and I have to manually save. Also various shortcuts that use control/option no longer work. I reported similar issues after the initial 4.4 update, but in the two more recent updates they still haven't been fixed. Does anyone know if these are known issues or if they'll be handled soon? They completely interrupt workflow. Thanks!
