Expression Text - no mezzo?

Hey all, I did a cursory search of the forums and can't find an answer.

Since the upgrade to 4.4.2, I've lost the ability to go Cmd-Shift-M in expression text to create mezzo forte. Piano and Forte (and sforzando) are still there. I've looked for keyboard combinations in various locations, but can't find them.

I'm aware that they've given Expression Text some extra mojo, but can't find anything in the handbook either.

Help?
