Unable to see/add properties, instruments, and palettes bar

I recently downloaded the new Musescore studio and after a while of usage I noticed that I lost my instrument, palettes, and properties bar. I attempted to close and reopen Musescore studio, uninstall/reinstall Musescore studio, and restart my computer but the bar does not appear. On top of that I attempted to manually add it back in but I'm instead met with crashing. I have no clue how else to fix this please help.

The Palettes, Properties and Instruments panels can be displayed again via the View menu (or shortcuts, F9/F8/F7). Try this first.
But receiving a crash is abnormal. If it happens again, go to menu Help / Revert to factory settings
