Audio in mobile app

When I make vocalnotes to a choir, I set the audio to be "Mellow Grand Piano" instead of "vocal aahs" because its much easier to hear the rythm. But when I publish this to musescore and open it in the mobileapp, the audio is "vocal aahs" and cannot be changed in the app. Why?
