How to delete a score from MuseScore Studio
I am really new to figuring this out. I scanned in a score but do not like the scan that is in the Scores. I want to delete the entire score. How do I delete it? Sorry, I said that I am really new.

Simply delete the file using your operating systems file manager: in Windows, this is "File Explorer"; in Mac, "Finder". A score is a file just like any other. Identify the place you saved it and delete it from there.
