Attaching files
THis is a small thing but may improve our ability to communicate.
I notice that I am not the only one who sometimes sends a report and forgets to add the file.
A possible way to fix this could be to move the attachments area to the front of the body of the message rather than the end.

Sometimes I add the attachment later because I forgot. Recently I have added the attachment later because it wouldn't let me include an attachment on the top post. (When i tried to attach a file the attachment section gave an error message and wouldn't let me attach anything). I haven't been able to reproduce this consistently but it seems to only affect the top post. Just a heads up.
