Precise tunings in MS4

Recently I've been digging into tuning theory and am very interested in many systems of tunings and precise mathematical calculations, but MS4 currently only supports tuning using cents to two digits of decimals and it's quite inconvenient as you have to change the individual tunings of each note every time. I want to request a precise mixer where you can change the tuning of a note in Hertz as well as cents that accept at least three digits of decimals which also allows you to change the tunings of a note throughout the entire score.
