Refund - Double Charge for Subscription
I’ve been trying to get a refund for one subscription and an unexpected additional charge of $44.99 that appeared when I subscribed. This means I was charged twice upon subscribing, and I still don’t understand why. I sent an email to support@musescore.com two days ago but haven’t heard back yet. I also tried reaching out through the chatbot in the Help Center, but that didn’t resolve anything either.
Is this a normal response time for this team, or should I consider taking further steps to resolve this issue?
