Muse Sounds appear as downloaded on Musehub, dont appear in Musescore

Hello,

This has been an issue since four months ago where Muse Sounds would disappear from Musescore. On redownloading, they will still not appear, thence comes a constant download, redownload, restarting pc, until they appear in Musescore again. Am I missing something important?
