How can I change the instrument?

Hello,
I have the parts for bassoon. I need to change the parts to Bass Clarinet.
Is there a way to change the instrument?
The original bassoon part is not from a score. I just wrote out the bassoon part as a bassoon part. Now i need to make this part for Bass Clarinet. Is there a way to just switch the instruments? Or do I need to make another part and copy and paste the music?
