Pallets, Instruments, and Properties Panels gone
I closed all of my panels and I can't figure out how to get them back

When you solve a problem, it's nice to explain to other users how you got there.
In your case, probably by using these menu options or function keys?
View > Instruments F7
View > Properties F8
View > Palettes F9
