How to change multiple staff color at the same time? How to transpose multiple staff at the same time ?

Hello, so I have 3 questions about musesocre studio 4

1 - I would like to load my projects and have all my woodwinds in yellow, my brass in orange, my percussion in red, my strings in purple, keys in green.

2 - Is it possible to transpose the written pitch (from the staff properties) for multiple staff at once ? I am looking at this specific transposition not the other ones where the sound get also transposed

3 - How to Display note names for ALL staff at once
