not able to open MuseScore

I keep getting error: File cannot be opened Deadline Dilemma because it was saved in a newer version. It worked 5 minutes ago and now it doesn't. Why am I continually having this problem

Lauch the MuseScore program. Just the program, don't try to open any files.
In Help >About MuseScore Studio, what version does it say you have running?

I can open and play your score without any problem with the new MuseScore 4.5.0 under Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Please explain what version os MuseScore you are using and what Operating system. Maybe someone can help you.
