Am now being asked to pay for sheet music

Even though I am a paid up member of Musescore, I no longer seem to be able to access free sheet music, why would this be? Also, for some reason when I click on the Musescore icon on my computer, rather than opening, it goes to the bar at the bottom of the screen. Musescore 3 is fine, and I’m quite happy with that, but I have a couple of pieces in 4, because I wanted to use a particular instrument. Hopefully someone can help me with these matters. Thank you
