Subscription woes

I have signed up to the highest level of subscription since it began and yet nearly everything I try to do I get asked to subscribe again especially on the app. I even get warnings that if I view a score I can't get a refund. I have to keep tapping through and cancelling subscription screens... it does break trust rather. It's not really clear marketing at all!

Thanks, it makes very little sense. If I go to the subscription page it doesn't even give me any option to upgrade! Surely we need a page which lists the options and levels of subscription to choose from with a clear description of what is included. I think my package is called 'one' which I thought had everything but apparently not!

They probably do answer their chatbot. Just not on your schedule. It's only been a few hours since your original post here and I think it was the weekend in their location by the time you posted first. Give them a few days (or, sadly, even weeks) rather than a few hours.

However, as stated above, this is musescore.org and you need to talk to musescore.com. The message directing you here MAY have said something along the lines of "if you have problems with the MuseScore Studio application, contact musescore.org". But whatever it said, musescore.com is where you need to go to get help with a subscription issue. Read How and where to ask for support
