Pedaling issue?

This is honestly really weird, and I'm not even sure when this started happening. The playback on one of my scores is really off on the piano pedaling.

The pedaling on the specific section "Unknown Spaces" looks completely fine, but acts incredibly bizarre. There are multiple sets of two pedaled bars with a decrescendo at the end. For SOME REASON the pedal playback randomly cuts off at the second beat of the second measure, then carries over into the following measures???? I don't know why it's doing this! This even happens somewhat in the actual score editor, but it's way easier to hear in the website. Why is this happening? Can I fix it? Please help!
